Yogurt diet for slimming lasts for 10 days, during this time you can lose up to 6 kg of excess weight. The main idea of this diet is to eat 500 grams of natural yogurt a day – for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner.
Yogurt contains carbohydrates, proteins and fats, so the organism can tolerate such a regime of nutrition – there is no deficit of these substances during the observance of the diet.
You should drink a few sips of warm tea before each meal, and only then eat your portion of yogurt. In order to burn calories in time, make a dinner at least 3,5 – 4 hours before bedtime.
In addition to yogurt, it is allowed to drink black and green tea, mineral water and juices. Of course, all this shouldn’t contain sugar. Vitamin doping during the yogurt diet is absolutely necessary. It is recommended to choose the pomegranate, orange, grapefruit, cherry and apple juice and drink them between meals.
The most useful of them is certainly pomegranate juice. It is important to remember that it is definitely needed to be diluted with cold boiled water in a ratio of 1:2, because of too much acid which can damage tooth enamel and gastric mucosa.
You can consume fruit – up to 300 grams of fresh of fruit per day. But not all, melons, pears, watermelons and grapes – are prohibited, as they contain too much sugar. The best choice – apples and citrus fruits, they are real friends of the slimming people. It is recommended to make fruit salads and fill them with yogurt. Also, you can afford vegetables, berries, dried fruits and boiled meat.
The approximate menu:
Breakfast – 150 grams of yogurt, 100 grams of fruit, 30 grams of dried fruit, 100 grams of juice.
Lunch – yoghurt, 100g of boiled meat, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers, 100 grams of juice.
Snack – vegetables dressed with yogurt.
Dinner – steamed vegetables, yogurt, juice.
