Unloading diet

Unloading dietThis diet is conventionally called weekly, however, it lasts from Tuesday to Friday, that is four days. During this time, you can lose 2-3 kilograms of excess weight. It is not difficult to stick to it, but it is important to prepare for it. It involves the use of food in the same time with equal intervals.

Menu of the diet is rather limited. Products permitted for the unloading diet:

low-fat kefir, 1 medium potato, 100 grams of cottage cheese, 2 cucumbers, ¼ chicken.

From the second to the fifth day of the chosen week, you should eat as follows: eight and a half meals. The menu should consist of kefir and any of the approved dishes.

Thus, approximately the menu will look like this:

breakfast: a glass of kefir

2 hours later: a potato

2 hours later: a glass of kefir

2 hours later: 2 cucumbers

2 hours later: a glass of kefir

2 hours later: one-fourth of chicken

2 hours later: a glass of kefir

2 hours later: 100 grams of cottage cheese

The last meal should be no later than at 20:00 and it will be a glass of kefir again. You must definitely eliminate oil, sugar and salt. Also, don’t forget about the liquid – you should drink 2.5 liters of water a day.

This is a fast diet which you can use from time to time. If you want to get the most effective and long-lasting result, you should review and harmonize your principles of nutrition. If you use monodiets and fasting days only from time to time, you can’t avoid jumps of weight.
