Tomato is an affordable and useful dietary product. It contains magnesium and potassium, essential for the heart and nervous system, vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that affects all metabolic processes in the body. Tomato is able to purify blood vessels, remove toxins and free radicals. Tomatoes are recommended to use for metabolic disorders. The constant use of tomatoes is the prevention of certain types of cancer.
There are many diets that are based on tomatoes or tomato juice. One of the options is a rapid diet. It allows you to lose 1-3 kg in a day. It can be used as fasting day – 1 day in a week. You can also eat these vegetables for 1-2 days during the month. This mono-diet is very simple, but effective. You will need one and a half kilos of tomatoes per day. This number should be divided into 4 doses.
I also want to offer a longer version of the diet on tomatoes. An important point – you can stick to a diet no more than 2 weeks. It helps lose about 5 extra kg, depending on the initial weight.
The approximate menu:
Breakfast: salad of tomatoes and two slices of brown bread with a thin slice of cheese.
For a snack, eat some fruit.
Lunch: tomatoes or tomato juice, 100 grams of cooked rice or buckwheat, vegetable salad, 100 grams of boiled fish.
Dinner: 100 grams of boiled beef, 50 grams of rice, a salad of tomatoes or a glass of tomato juice.
Different variations of the menu are allowed. Use a variety of low-calorie vegetables for salads and always a lot of fresh herbs. For breakfast you can eat 1-2 chicken eggs. You can alternate fish with white chicken meat. It is also possible to prepare tomato soup. The recipe is simple – take a little bit of garlic and tomatoes, fill them with water and boil for 5 minutes. Add herbs to the finished dish.
It is also recommended to stew vegetables with lots of tomatoes and drink tomato juice without salt. The fact is that the amount of beneficial lycopene, which has a strong anti-inflammatory and antitumor effect, is increased in cooked tomatoes. Don’t forget to limit the use of fats, cakes, salt, sugar, sweet drinks.
