You should start with the simplest – normalize sleep. As a result, you will feel a burst of energy, you will increase your mood, and the most important for now – you will need less food. In addition, water treatments, walking, toning exercises, such as aerobic dance, would be particularly welcome.

As for food, cocktail for slimming will be very relevant. The recipe is as follows: half a cup of low-fat milk, 1 tablespoon of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of boiled buckwheat, 1 tablespoon of apple or pear grated on a coarse grater. It is to be noted, that buckwheat shouldn’t be tenderized. Optionally, the milk can be replaced by non-fat kefir or a mixture of non-fat kefir and fermented baked milk in a ratio of 1: 1. You can also use nutritional mixtures, special shakes for weight loss, which can be purchased at pharmacies.

For the fasting days, you can apply such a system of nutrition. From morning till dinner, use a combination of such products – 3-4 servings of cocktail, 3-4 servings of vegetable salads, 3-4 small slices of bran or corn bread. Salad recipe is very simple and habitual – cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, herbs, chopped largly and seasoned with lemon juice if necessary. You can also take grain bread.

Dinner should be light and composed of non fatty and low-fat foods – the slices of lean meat, side dishes such as rice, buckwheat, green peas, low-fat broth or fish soup, fruit dessert.

It is recommended to take another portion of the cocktail before dinner. This will help to reduce your appetite. If you want to have a snack before going to bed, take cottage cheese, fermented baked milk, muesli, fruit or berry desserts. For this purpose, take an apple or a pear, cut into cubes or grate, season with a tablespoon of fermented baked milk, add half a teaspoon of sugar.

You can adhere to such a schedule 5 or 6 days a week. It will be easy if you follow the recommendations. 1-2 days a week, you can simplify the diet. Use a cocktail only before lunch and dinner; try to avoid too fatty and too sweet products in general.

This nutrition program seems very easy, but is quite effective. Without any harm to the health, observing it, you can get rid of 5-7 kg per month.
