It is time when organism makes you different demands – hot meals rapidly lose their attractiveness and your ration needs to be more lightweight. It is also recommended to reduce the overall caloric content of menu 5-10 percents. This light diet is designed for two days. It is a kind of fasting days that you can arrange 3-4 times per month. It helps to survive during the hot days and to gain a sense of lightness.

The approximate menu:

Breakfast: a cup of curdled milk or a glass of warm water sweetened with a spoonful of honey.

Two hours later: a glass of fruit juice and raw vegetables or fruits.

Lunch: salad of raw vegetables – it is recommended to use green salad, parsley, dill, onions, garlic, cucumbers, cabbage and radish. A glass of fruit juice.

Dinner: cook the following dish: take a tablespoon of oatmeal, pre-soaked for 12 hours in cold water. Before using, add a tablespoon of honey, juice of half a lemon and 200 grams of grated apples. Mix thoroughly and garnish with fruit and crushed nuts.
