Strawberry diet

The word “diet” is often associated with something not very tasty, but very useful. The proposed diet combines these qualities as the main ingredient is our favorite strawberry! Strawberry diet is designed for three days, it is a great way to lose weight and cleanse the body.

It is very important to maintain the water balance of the body during all three days. You should drink one glass of purified or mineral water (without gas) every hour. The approximate menu for each day:

The first day

Breakfast: in the morning you should prepare a strawberry kefir. The recipe is very simple. Take 150 grams of fresh purified from the tails strawberries, a teaspoon of liquid honey and 150 grams of fresh kefir. All this must be mixed thoroughly in a blender. Two hours later you can drink another serving of this kefir or prepare another drink. For this purpose, mix in a blender one hundred grams of strawberries, half a teaspoon of honey and half a glass of non-fat fresh milk.

Lunch: fresh green salad and warm tea (no more than one cup). To prepare the salad, you should do the following: Boil fresh asparagus during five – seven minutes, chop it and mix with sliced cucumbers, strawberries and boiled turkey breast. For salad dressing, take one tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, chopped fresh parsley and a tablespoon of qualitative olive oil. Before serving, sprinkle the salad by chopped pine nuts. This will give a wonderful flavor and taste to the dish.

Snack: take 70-80 grams of natural yogurt with no additives, 150 grams of fresh strawberries, half a spoon of liquid honey and two tablespoons of corn flakes (not sweet). Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass.

Dinner: for the evening meal, it would be very fitting to make a salad using the following recipe. Boil 300 grams of potatoes in their skins, then cut them into small cubes and mix with a small chopped onion, green of celery and parsley, and 100 grams of fresh strawberries. Season the salad with a mixture of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 50 grams of yogurt and 30 grams of cottage cheese. Don’t add to this dish spices, salt and pepper.

The second day

Breakfast: two sandwiches made from two pieces of black bread, 50 grams of cottage cheese and 100 grams of fresh strawberries. A cup of green tea.

Lunch: prepare pancakes with strawberry filling (no more than 100 grams for a serving).

Dinner: fresh salad. For the preparation, take 200 grams of lettuce leaves, half of a yellow bell pepper, one tomato and 100 grams of strawberries. Drizzle the salad by 30 grams of yogurt, diluted with purified warm water.

The third day

For the menu of the third day you should combine dishes of the first and the second day of the strawberry diet.
