In addition, three times a day you need to drink a glass of honey-lemon beverage prepared in the following way – add 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of lemon juice into a cup of boiling water. This drink contains not only a storehouse of vitamins and minerals, but also perfectly dulls hunger. It is recommended to drink it either before each meal or separately.

This quantity of foods, which you will eat during the day, correspond 700-800 kcal. Low caloric content doesn’t affect the tolerability of the diet, but eliminates excess water in a short period of time by cleaning the body of toxins.

If you have any allergic reactions on honey, or you suffer from chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, you shouldn’t use honey-rice system for slimming.

All this leads to the guaranteed weight loss. Despite all this, don’t exceed the course of the diet. You can repeat the honey-rice weight loss program not more than once per month in order to achieve the desired result.
