Products accelerating metabolism
I’d like to offer you a list of products that speed up metabolism and help to burn calories. We often talk about it, but don’t adhere to the advice. Let us remember about these products again, briefly.
– fatty fish (trout, mackerel, sardines, salmon) – fish oil necessary for us, also known as omega-3, the best “fuel” for burning calories and accelerating metabolism;
– seaweeds – they are able to stimulate the correct functioning of the thyroid gland, which is responsible for the control of metabolism;
– dark green leafy vegetables (arugula, broccoli and spinach) – a storehouse of vitamins and fiber. Our body spends more calories to digest these foods than it receives from it;
– tomatoes – as much beneficial as green vegetables, and in addition, they contain useful acids that help the kidneys to get rid of fat burning foods;
– chili pepper – just “burns” all superfluous;
– protein – meat, fish and even tofu cheese. These products are perfect in accelerating of thermogenesis in the body;
– whole wheat bread – useful fiber;
– citrus fruits (oranges, tangerines) – help to burn up to 100 extra calories a day;
– coffee – a cup of the beverage accelerates metabolism by 10%. Try not to get involved in this drink, and better stop on one cup;
– green tea – the main fat-burning beverage.
