Oatmeal dietThe most simple, but popular and effective diet – oatmeal diet. Such a diet is referred to monodiets. It is designed for 1-2 weeks, no longer. During this time, you can lose 3-5 excess kilos.

We all know about the impact of oatmeal on the body. It helps to cleanse the body, to reduce cholesterol levels, it promotes the conclusion of free radicals. Oatmeal has beneficial effect on the digestive system in general. This is a useful and safe way to lose weight, but you must first learn about the possible contraindications.

To enhance the effect of weight loss before the oatmeal diet it is recommended to clean the organism with rice. For this purpose, you should take 4 tablespoons of rice, pour with a liter of cold water and leave overnight. In the morning, you should boil this mixture for 40-60 minutes on low heat until the jelly state. You need to drink the resulting jelly and then you are not allowed to eat or drink for 5 hours. Then you can eat as usual, but limit the consumption of fatty, sweet and flour foods. In 5 hours before bedtime you should exclude any foods and drinks again, and drink only potable water without gas. The cleaning lasts for 7-10 days.

So, menu of the oatmeal diet:

for breakfast, lunch and dinner – a serving of oatmeal cooked on the water;

in between – you can eat fruit, except bananas and grapes.

For breakfast it is allowed to add into porridge a bit of dried fruit or cinnamon if you like. During the diet you should drink at least 1.5-2 liters of fluid. It includes pure non-carbonated water, green or black tea. But drink just in between meals.

If you want to continue this diet with oatmeal for more than two weeks, you should include in the ration such products as milk, yogurt, cheese, nuts, seeds, dried fruits. If necessary, you can repeat the diet after six months. Good luck!
