This diet requires adherence to the caloric content – no more than 1200 calories a day, and is designed for 7 days. The essence of this diet program is as follows: you should drink honey beverage in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening for an hour before dinner.

The recipe is quite simple – 100 g of warm not boiled water, 1 tablespoon of honey and a few drops of lemon juice. This mixture well normalizes gastrointestinal tract, cleanses the body of toxins and prevents it from accumulating excess fat. Also, it is recommended to eat fractionally – 5-6 times a day in small portions.

Vegetables and fruits should be consumed in the morning, at lunch – boiled meat or fish, but not more than 300 grams for men and 250 grams for women. Coffee, soft drinks and alcohol should be completely excluded from the ration.

You should pick out one fasting day among the seven days of the diet – kefiric day. Carbohydrate and protein foods are forbidden to combine. Diet is also accompanied by increased physical exertion. This is an important condition.

Doctors say that regular use of bee products for weight loss and health improvement, you improve not only your figure, but also contribute to strengthen the immune system, the excretion of toxins and calm the nervous system.

There are also some general guidelines for any honey diet:

– don’t use starch – a reaction with the honey, the last one loses most of its active properties;

– give preference to fermented milk products and milk – in conjunction with these foods honey is better absorbed;

– eat more fruits and vegetables, which are a source of vitamin A and carotene. They will increase the intensity of the breakdown of fat in the body – carrots, apples, beets, peppers, tomatoes.

It is essential to use only natural honey. Honey, which passed any processing and pasteurization, will not work, and this method of weight loss will not have the proper impact.
