It is a suitable fruit for weight loss. It contains fructose, but it doesn’t hinder on this diet. At the same time, grapes is quite satisfying product, so you won’t feel hunger.

Grapes contain vitamins such as A, C, B, K, P, and minerals – potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc. Day 1 – 0.5 kg of grapes,

Day 3 – 2 kg.

Conditions are fairly simple. You should divide the daily portion into 5-6 pieces and eat every two hours. It is allowed to drink plain water or herbal teas. Thus, in 3 days, you can lose about 2 kg of excess weight.

The diet designed for seven days is considered to be cleansing. Apart from getting rid of extra kilos, it will help to cleanse the kidneys and liver, normalize metabolism, as well as adjust the bowel function. Day 1 – the most difficult – starvation. You can only drink plain water or mineral. 2nd – 7th day – during each day you need to eat 1.5 kg of grapes. Throughout the week, it is necessary to drink at least 1.5 liters of clean drinking water per day. So, you can lose weight by 4 kg per week.

The second variant of weekly diet on grapes is as follows:

Breakfast: 300 grams of grapes,

Snack: 100 grams of grapes,

Lunch: 400 grams of grapes,

Snack: 100 grams of grapes,

Dinner: 200 grams of lean meat, fish, poultry, 100 grams of rice, buckwheat or bread, boiled vegetables.

An important condition: you should have dinner at least 3-4 hours before bedtime. For a week of such a diet you will lose weight by 2-3 kg. In addition, you will clean the intestines and improve the skin condition.

Be careful – the grape diet is contraindicated for patients with diabetes. If you suffer from such diseases as colitis and ulcers, you also should not use such a diet. Skins and grape seeds could have an irritating effect. Important recommendation – frequent walks outdoors. If during the diet you feel headaches – drink plenty of warm water.
