The first advice – brew ginger with lemon. For this purpose, you need to grate the ginger root and add 1-2 tablespoons in a thermos, and then – to cut a large lemon (without removing the peel). Fill it with hot water – about 1.5 liters, and leave to infuse for 5-6 hours. Add a little honey before drinking. Take 1 small glass 30-40 minutes before meals.
The following recipe – ginger with green tea. Grate the ginger root and pour a few tablespoons of grated root with lemon juice. Put this mixture and green tea into the thermos and pour with hot water. Infuse the tea for 3-4 hours. Take approximately 150-180 ml for 30 minutes before eating.
There is another recipe that will help not only to get rid of extra kilos, but to strengthen your immune system, improve skin, nails and hair. For this, take a couple of tablespoons of grated ginger root and 100 grams of rose, mix and pour in a thermos. Brew it and infuse for about 3 hours. Drink a small cup half an hour before meals.
Of course, such teas can’t help alone. It is recommended refuse sweets and pastries, precooked and fast food, as well as fried and fatty foods. They say such nutrition helps to lose weight up to 20 kg, on the condition to follow the rules.
It is important to take into account that ginger has its contraindications. It is not recommended to consume this tea for people suffering from ulcers, gastritis, colitis, inflammatory diseases, allergy, bleeding tendency, hypertension.
