Fight against drowsiness

ginger teaI would like to advise a magical ginger tea to combat drowsiness. Its magical properties are still in the fact that it improves blood circulation, dilutes the blood, tones perfectly, protects against colds and warms (required in autumn-winter time). Also, this tea is effective in atherosclerosis; it strengthens the immune system and helps to get rid of cough. It well activates metabolism and stimulates digestion, promotes the excretion of toxins from the entire body. – it is equally important for us, when we want to lose weight.

All of these beneficial properties are needed, but the first – ginger tea relieves of the constant drowsiness and causeless malaise.

So, to prepare the magic potion at the rate of 0.5 liters of water, we need:

  1. Fresh ginger root (3-4 cm);
  2. Cardamom – 2 pods;
  3. Pinch of cinnamon;
  4. A teaspoon of green tea;
  5. 3 teaspoons of flower honey (or more);
  6. Carnation (optional);
  7. Half of lemon.

So, having collected all the necessary components, we boil water and add all the ingredients except honey, because we remember that honey loses its beneficial properties in boiling water. So, we brew our beverage for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, and then leave it to cool. Then, when the tea has cooled slightly, we add the honey. Enjoy the tea and I wish you good health!
