Drinks for weight loss
I want to offer a new portion of natural beverages for weight loss. It’s not as difficult as it seems, you don’t need to look for the necessary ingredients beforehand – the components are very simple.
Oatmeal pudding. Besides the fact that this drink helps to reduce weight, it is very useful for the organism as a whole. It improves metabolism and strengthens the immune system – very important qualities in the fall. For preparation, you need to take 200 grams of oats, pour into a three-liter jar, pour 0.5 cups of kefir, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 1.5 liters of water. Tightly tie the jar with cheesecloth and put it in a warm place for acidification. Then strain, pour into a saucepan and boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat. It is recommended to drink 0.5 cups half an hour before a meal.
Honey and cinnamon drink. This beverage has cleansing properties, speeds up the metabolism for several times, decreases the sensation of hunger and thus helps to keep yourself in good shape. Take half a teaspoon of cinnamon and pour with 200 ml of boiling water. When it is cooled, add 1 teaspoon of honey and chill for 2 hours in a refrigerator. Take before going to bed and in the morning on an empty stomach.
Hydromel is a very popular drink which is called the water of life. It was simultaneously soothing and restorative drink since the time of the Ancient Rome. Perhaps, we have already talked about it for several times, but in the first days of autumn, it is not a sin to remember about it once again! It is not hard to prepare it: a glass of warm (40 degrees) water, 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. It is recommended to take the beverage three times a day before meals. The content of vitamin C in the drink helps to eliminate toxins and improve the immune system.
