I would like to propose a simple but effective diet. It’s not even a diet but a special regime of nutrition, which helps to lose up to 20 kg of excess weight in 4 months. The term can vary depending on the desired result and the initial weight.
The essence of the regime is in alternation – 3 days of strict diet, 7 days of the usual nutrition. Although of course, “usual nutrition” shouldn’t mean tons of fried potatoes – you should limit the consumption of fat, starchy foods and sweet. In addition, drink plenty of fluids – as usual, pure water, juice and tea without sugar.
So, your menu for three days:
Breakfast: tea without sugar and a few pieces of cheese (20-30 grams);
After 3 hours: 2 boiled eggs and 2 apples;
After 3 hours: 100 grams of lean meat (you can also use fish or chicken breast), any vegetables (in any kind of cooking), except potatoes;
After 3 hours: 1 cup of milk, 100 grams of nonfat cottage cheese;
After 3 hours: 1 cup of low-fat kefir.
You should not eat or drink anything else except these products. It is allowed to drink simple or mineral water in between meals.
The main advantage of this regime is in smoothness, without stress to the organism and starvation. You can stick to this diet for a long time. Weight loss is not very rapid, but the result pleases by the stability, especially if you don’t put yourself into too rigid frames during the seven days of the normal content of your menu. Usually, it is possible to lose 3-5 kg per month, but depending on your weight of course and nutrition in ordinary days.
It is important to note that the three-day diet includes the ration of protein products. If you suffer from kidney diseases or various metabolic disorders, first, you should consult your physician. Although, the diet doesn’t have too serious limitations and works quite gently.
