Experts say that this drink is healthy, because it is a storehouse of beneficial vitamins, minerals and fiber. Smoothie helps to restore the water-salt metabolism, improves gastrointestinal tract. The preparation of this drink requires a couple of minutes, you just need to throw the ingredients into a blender.

A popular smoothie diet is considered to be a good detox for the body. Adhering to it, you can “recharge your batteries” and get rid of the extra kilos without experiencing hunger. This mashed texture deceives our organism – it seems you eat just a little, but feel saturation fast enough. You should drink smoothie not through a straw but eat it with a spoon, like porridge or soup, slowly.

A longer period may be harmful to the body, and in addition, you will start to gain weight on the contrary!

The soft option allows us to eat also other foods, however, the ration should be low-calorie and balanced. You can combine with cocktails such products as milk, dairy products, lean meat, fish, rice, buckwheat (it is better to add a moderate amount of salt during the preparation of dishes). It is permitted to adhere to such a diet for a few weeks.

Be careful and always check with your doctor. Not all diets are harmless. For example, smoothie diet is contraindicated for people with reduced hemoglobin and iron, as well as those with gastritis with high acidity and colitis.
