Astrological diet: Scorpio
Scorpio (October 24 – November 22)
Continuing the theme of astrological dietology, I propose to consider all the zodiac signs separately.
The main problem in the diet of scorpions is the wrong mode of nutrition. You can forget about food for the whole day, and break all diets in the evening. Such lack of restraint often causes obesity, as well as appearance of a variety of serious diseases. To avoid such problems, it is recommended to reduce consumption, and even it is desired to remove from the menu, greasy fried food, spicy food, carbohydrates, and in general – high-calorie foods.
Useful products in your diet: lean sorts of meat, poultry, seafood and fish specialties. When choosing vegetables, you should pay attention to: cabbage, beets, carrots, onions, peppers, pumpkins, radishes, turnips.
Do not forget about the spices, they not only give a more rapid saturation, but generally are beneficial to the organism: coriander, cardamom, basil, vanilla, sage, ginseng. If you were born under the sign of Scorpio, you should keep in mind these vitamins: B complex, C and E, in addition, it is important to eat foods rich in iron (apples and citrus).
You definitely need to be more serious about eating. It is advisable to eat fractionally and at the same time every day – the daily amount of food can be divided into 4-6 servings. You need a low calorie diet, foods rich in proteins, balanced on the basic nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Low-carbohydrate diets and weekly fasting days will be very useful for you. If you need to lose weight quickly, try not to use fast diets with a sharp restriction of calories.
Approximate menu for the day:
8.00: a portion of oat flakes with milk without sugar, one fruit (apple or pear);
10.00: a portion of lenten soup, a bun with bran, a glass of low-fat yogurt;
13 00: 75 grams of lean ham or 250 grams of grilled chicken without skin – to your taste, a big portion of vegetable salad, one apple;
16.30: 10-12 grams of low calorie soft cheese, two crispy breads, grapes;
19.00: 75 grams of potatoes boiled in their jackets, 125 grams of rump steak, a large portion of mixed salad;
22.00: a cup of hot chocolate.
