Continuing the theme of astrological dietology, I propose to consider all the zodiac signs separately (the tags will help you to find yours).

If you were born under the sign of Pisces, most likely you suffer from weak liver, as well as violation of the detoxification processes. You are exposed to various infectious and catarrhal diseases. Pisces are prone to the formation of harmful dietary habits: overeating, snacking on the go, love for sweets. But this can be solved very simply – diets! Proper nutrition will help Pisces to avoid many diseases.

The first tip – avoid the following foods: meat, especially dark varieties; fried foods; hot sauces and gravies. Beware of excessive consumption of sugars and fats, as well as liquids.

Useful products for Pisces: salads from fresh vegetables – tomatoes, cucumbers, radish. It is necessary to include into your menu porridges from pearl barley, buckwheat, millet and rice. It is also recommended to eat seafood, which contain needed trace elements and iodine.

When choosing fruit, you should give preference to apples, rich in phosphate and iron, as well as grapes and pomegranates. Do not forget to eat walnuts, sunflower seeds and raisins.

Consider your nutrition very seriously and try to observe the correct diet – avoid fast snacking and eat at the same time. Methodology of separate nutrition will suit you. It lowers the burden on the excretory system, reduces the fermentation processes and promotes better digestion. You should drink mineral water for 30 minutes before eating, and do not drink sugary drinks immediately after a meal.

You can use: diets based on cereals, diets with seafood, a variety of low-calorie monodiets – banana, apple, grape, etc. Fasting days are also beneficial for you.

The approximate menu for Pisces:

Choose salad from the proposed list:

  1.  cucumber, lettuce, a mango, cottage cheese – two tablespoons;
  2.  50 grams of lean ham, an orange, pods of green bean, onions and lettuce;
  3.  50 grams of chicken, cauliflower, green beans, canned green peas, parsley;
  4.  a soft-boiled egg, some slices of tomatoes, anchovies – two fillets, two boiled potatoes, some olives, a cucumber, lettuce.

Add another dish to the selected salad from the proposed list:

  1.  125 grams of potatoes in their skins, 50 grams of chicken or lean ham with apple sauce (without adding sugar), zucchini, cauliflower;
  2.  one piece of pie with fish, 75 grams of chips, a large portion of mixed salad using products from green list.
