Continuing the theme of astrological dietology, I propose to consider all the zodiac signs separately.

Independent and freedom-loving signs of Aquarius live in the pleasure, do not understand why people need diets and all these restrictions. But one day, the body opposes! It all starts with allergies alimentary reactions, skin rashes, itching, indigestion…

In this case, it is recommended to eat such products as lean meat, lean fish (hake, Alaska pollock, pike), eggs, cottage cheese, apples, soy products and legumes and other foods rich in iron.

By the way, buckwheat diet is perfect for Aquarius – it will help to lose weight and adjust mineral balance as a source of necessary iron. An important element for this zodiac sign – magnesium phosphate. It is also can be found in buckwheat porridge, as well as in cocoa, beans, soybeans, peanuts (groundnuts). Sweets, cakes, biscuits, canned food and various smoked products, salted and pickled foods, fatty meats – are prohibited. Avoid chocolate and pay attention to berries: blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries and strawberries.

Problem of this sign – a predisposition to edema. In order to withdraw the excess water from the body, you should eat cabbage, apples, figs, spinach, asparagus, celery, radishes, carrots, lentils, seafood, strawberries. An important rule is to comply with measure and not to mix proteins and carbohydrates. In addition, you should drink plenty of water: a glass per hour. For variety, you can add mint leaves into the water today, tomorrow – lemon juice.

Menu for Aquarius:

Breakfast: 200 ml of puree soup from pumpkin, celery and egg yolk; a slice of bran bread with butter, a cup of coffee.

Snack: a glass of freshly squeezed juice (preferably – a mixture of apples, carrots and celery).

Lunch: a big portion of vegetable soup, seasoned with 2 tablespoons of cream; salad from cabbage.

Snack: cocoa cooked in milk without sugar; oatmeal cookies.

Dinner: 200 ml of soup of bean or lentils and vegetables. Before going to sleep, you should drink 250 ml of curdled milk or kefir.
