We talked a lot about bananas, about its benefits and vitamins, including the use in diets. Let us consider now this fruit as an option for the fasting day. Of course, such fruit as banana itself is not quite a dietary product, and in large quantities it can lead to overweight. But we’re talking about one day. This variant is known not only as not typical, but also as quite effective, which made it so popular.
It is worth noting that if you want to lose weight as quickly as possible, this option will not suit you. Don’t muddle fasting day with a diet. One day will not bring harm to your figure. But do not forget that the lack of protein and other nutrients slows metabolism and subsequently can lead to an increase fats in body. Therefore, but do not prolong this weight loss for more days.
All the positive qualities of this fruit have already been specified, so let’s get to the point.
Option 1: You should eat at least 1.5 kg of bananas and drink at least 2 liters of fluid per day. If you drink any beverages except plain water – coffee, tea, juice – they must not contain sugar. But it is important to remember that a liter from the specified liquid volume must be clean drinking water. Eat bananas when you feel hungry. Thus, you can lose up to 1 kg of excess weight in a single day.
Option 2: You will need 3 bananas and a glass of milk. Choose a fat content of about 1.5-2.5%. Divide these products for 4-6 servings, and alternate milk and banana meals. Option 3: It is recommended to have 5-6 meals a day. From this calculation, three main meals – three bananas, snacks between them – three glasses of nonfat kefir with a pinch of cinnamon.
