White diet

The white diet

It is reasonable to assume that this diet includes products of white color only. This system of nutrition is well balanced and contains almost all the necessary substances for the organism.

This diet doesn’t exclude salt, but it is desirable to reduce the use of such white product to a minimum. The diet lasts for three days; if necessary you can repeat it in three days.

So, it is allowed to consume the following products:

rice, eggs, dairy products, white meat, white bread, white grades of cheese, white grades of nuts, white beans, cabbage, all white vegetables – peeled cucumbers, skim milk.


The approximate menu

The first day

Breakfast: cottage cheese with sour cream, two toasts of white bread, green tea or mineral water.

Snack: one hard-boiled egg.

Lunch: boiled rice, boiled chicken, vegetable salad (cabbage or peeled cucumber), green tea.

Dinner: two apples, a cup of yogurt or kefir.

The second day

Breakfast: a cup of sour milk, white cheese 100g.

Snack: 2 pieces of boiled potatoes.

Lunch: stewed white beans with 2 eggs, vegetable salad (cabbage or peeled cucumber, you can add sea cabbage), green tea

Dinner: banana, yogurt.

The third day

Breakfast: a cup of coffee without sugar with croutons.

Snack: vegetable salad (cabbage or peeled cucumber).

Lunch: stewed white beans with 2 eggs, vegetable salad (cabbage or peeled cucumber, you can add sea cabbage)

Dinner: banana, yogurt.
