Water is irreplaceable. It is an important substance for all living beings. There is a certain norm of water that you should drink per day. Any diet obliges us to drink plenty of water. Juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea won’t help to make up for the lack of water in the organism. But not everyone can consume a required rate of water (at least 1.5 liters).

Associate drinking with action
The first time, it will be hard to drink as much water forcibly. Try to create a habit. Drink a glass of water when you wake up in the morning, when you come to work, and so on throughout the day. And let every glass of water to be associated with some action. Gradually, the body will require its dose of liquid. And it will get easier.
Drink flavored water
If you get tired of drinking clean water, or you find it too boring, try flavoured water. Just add fresh fruits and vegetables according to your taste. It is very suitable for summer. Don’t worry, the flavoured water doesn’t lose its beneficial properties.
Pour small amount of water into a glass
It is not always easy to drain a glass of water immediately and psychologically it can be quite difficult. Start with a small amount of fluid that will be comfortable for you. Increase the amount of water gradually. You can dilute the juice with water or ice cubes. So it will be tastier and more enjoyable. It is recommended to drink water 30 minutes before eating or one hour after – so it really will benefit.
Keep a pitcher of water in sight
Let the water be in your sight and, desirable, in a beautiful pitcher. It’s nice and motivating for a new healthy lifestyle. Also, put the glass next to it. This will help not to forget about fluid intake and eliminate the unnecessary movements which we are often lazy to do.
Do not mistake thirst with hunger
Thirst and hunger manifest themselves rather similarly. In order not to get the extra calories, try to drink clean warm water and wait.
