We all want to lose weight quickly by the summer, because the last month of spring has come! The heat is close and we are afraid not to be in time. However, you do not need to adhere to very strict diets and sit in the gym for days. You just need to drink enough water. This method helps to lose 8-12 kilograms in just two weeks. The only condition – you need to drink two glasses of water before each meal and do not drink for two hours after it.

So, you need to drink exactly two glasses of water 15-20 minutes before eating, and after it, you can’t drink any liquid. After two hours you can drink a cup of your favorite tea or coffee, but you need to give up snacking.
