Urgent-dietIf you urgently need to lose a few extra kilos, you will enjoy this diet! Such a quick diet will help you to lose weight quickly. This is not a starvation diet, you will not feel hungry. The ration includes saturating products. So it will be easy to stick to it. In addition, one detail will help you. The peculiarity of the diet is in the personal self-control. If you break the regime, you will have to be “fined”.

Energy capacity of the urgent diet is 1300 kcal. You should drink plenty of water or tea. As for milk, it is advisable to use no more than 250 ml per day. In addition, it should be skimmed.

Eat more salad. It is recommended to cook it using celery, lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, apples, bean pods, corn grains and tomatoes. Season the salad by one tablespoon of yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar and spices.

Here are several options of menu offered for this diet, so you can alternate meals as you like.

Breakfast:

– one slice of bread with bran, one banana, an apple, a few grapes;

– one egg, one slice of bread with bran, one cup of natural yogurt;

– two slices of bread of coarse flour, one small banana, a teaspoon of honey;

– two dry wheat tortillas, a glass of milk or unsweetened orange juice, an apple.

Lunch:

200 grams of potatoes boiled in their skins, with one of the following additives:

– a small portion of shredded cabbage;

– 100 grams of cottage cheese;

– 50 grams of finely chopped lean ham or chicken;

– 2 tablespoons of cooked beans.

Dinner:

  1. 100 grams of pasta made from wheat flour with one of the following additives:

– 100 grams of shrimps with tomatoes and garlic;

– 50 grams of lean boiled chicken with mushroom sauce with lemon juice;

– 50 grams of finely chopped ham with tomatoes and garlic.

  1. 200 grams of steamed or grilled fish (you can use any fish but without sauce), 125 grams of potatoes, boiled in their skins, and a large portion of salad of green vegetables.

Pleasant part of the diet – you can pamper yourself during the day by some products. Thus, alternate:

a) a large glass of dry wine and a small dry biscuit;

b) one banana and one small pear;

c) two slices of bread with bran and a salad;

d) one small chocolate bar.

If you understand that moved beyond the permitted amount of calories, or ate a couple of days not according to the list, be ready to get acquainted with “penal sanctions”.

Jump through a skipping rope for ten minutes – 100 calories.

Wash floors and windows for 30 minutes – 90 calories.

Make twenty squats – 50 calories.
