If you constantly use biscuits and cakes for snack, calories and sugar will make contribute to the folds on the belly and flanks.

Nuts. Any kind of nuts more is useful then chips for example. A handful of almonds comprise 147 kilocalories. Such a perfect snack will suit for the adherents of vegetarianism. Almonds contain as much protein as lean meat. Moreover, it is a source of trace elements and vitamin B.

Carrots. It is rather hard to eat a lot of carrots, but it is a great way to take a quick bite. 3 medium carrots contain 60 kilocalories. Carrots are good for the skin, eyes and hair. The amount of antioxidants increases in cooked form, but being fresh it also keeps us in tone and fills the body with energy. And that is exactly what we need from a snack in the middle of the day!

Chicken. More correctly – chicken breast. 100 grams of the product contains 113 calories and is also a dietary product. It is valuable as well as seafood, improves brain function and nervous system in general. It is rich in vitamins B, PP, A, C, and chlorine, which is required for the kidneys, adrenal glands and cleansing liver from fat.
