In pursuit of a beautiful body, we are ready to eat and drink anything just in order to lose weight. But sometimes we can afford a piece of leniency and try something tasty and healthy at the same time. Here are some recipes of smoothies and cocktails for a slim figure. These vitamins will remove excess kilograms!

Ingredients:

– 4 carambola stars

– an apple

– а pear

– a banana

– а pinch of cinnamon

Peel the fruit, cut into pieces and mix in a blender. Put a star of carambola on top of the cocktail for beauty, because except the health benefits it should also look appetizing!

– two bunches of parsley

– a bunch of spinach

– 5-6 sprigs of tarragon

– a kiwi

– a banana

– a grapefruit

– an orange

Peel and chop the fruit in the blender – each separately. Do not mix the resulting mass! Take a graceful tall glass and lay the fruit puree layer by layer with a help of spoon. Express your imagination and decorate the cocktail – for example, you can string a cherry and an orange slice on the umbrella or the glass skewer.

– 2-3 sprigs of mint

– crushed ice (160 grams)

Mix all ingredients in the blender, pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Decorate your smoothie with a sprig of mint and enjoy!

This delicious smoothie should be prepared from bottom to top.

Bottom layer:

– 6 kiwi fruit

– a banana

Upper layer:

– two ripe mangoes

– juice of one orange

As in the previous options, the blender will help us! But first, mix the ingredients for the bottom layer, and pour into a glass. Then, using a clean blender, mix the ingredients for the upper layer, and gently pour on top. Decorate on your own. The flavor of this cocktail is delightful!
