We all love winter holidays! Christmas celebrations are often accompanied by abundant tables – numerous salads, baked duck in the oven, alcohol and delicious desserts… Of course, we can’t abandon such treats at this time of year! The abundance of mayonnaise and fatty foods in general make their presence felt very quickly. So what should we do after the holidays? How can we restore the previous figure? Do not panic! Follow the three simple rules.
Fasting day. This is the first thing we need to do after a few days of overeating – unload the organism. But it is very important not to be overzealous – do it smoothly and without jerks. It should be noted that for a couple of days after the holidays you should eat according to your usual regime of nutrition, and only then apply the fasting day. This must be done in order not to harm the body – a sudden transition will force it to experience stress, and this will prevent the proper weight loss.
There are many options for fasting days. Your choice depends on you. You are free to use such monoproducts as kefir, cottage cheese, apples, tangerines or rice.
Salads – is the next version of weight loss after the holidays. However, they must be lighter than the previous ones. So, within 7 days you should eat salads based on vegetables. But you can also add sheep cheese, feta, and chicken. Season these salads with vegetable oil or low-fat sour cream.
There are no restrictions on the amount of food – you can eat as much as you want, but salads. Besides them, you can add to the ration such products as low-fat cottage cheese, yogurt, green apples and grapefruit and a bit of black bread. If you follow such a regime for a week, thanks to the vegetables you will be able to improve the condition of the skin, get rid of skin eruptions and improve the complexion.
Cardio workouts. The gym is the best friend in the fight against excess weight. Cardio training – the best choice. Of course, it’s not a secret, but do we always remember about it?
