Semolina diet

semolinaI personally don’t like semolina, but its usefulness is well known. I have found an interesting diet based on this porridge. It is designed for seven days. During the week, you will get rid of 4-5 kg of excess weight.

Caloric content of semolina: cooked on water – 80 kcal – 100 grams, with milk – 100 kcal – 100 grams of finished product, 100 grams of dry semolina – 330 kcal. If you cook this porridge properly, it will help you to lose weight. Primarily, it should be cooked without oil or sugar. It is recommended to cook semolina this way: for 2 cups of 2.5% milk, you need to take 2 dessert spoons of semolina. It is better to cook fresh porridge every time. The menu is monotonous – porridge with fruit and dried fruits, but try not to use sweet ones.

Diet on semolina porridge is especially effective for women in the postpartum period. If you also have lost the usual forms and want them back faster, here is an approximately menu:

The first variant includes a quite common condition of many diets – drink water, tea without sugar or herbal teas without restrictions (the more the better). Coffee is not prohibited, but not often, and without sugar. Bakery products are prohibited during the diet.

Breakfast: a plate of semolina porridge cooked with milk, one any fruit (no more than 100 grams).

Lunch: a plate of semolina porridge cooked with milk, 4 any dried fruit.

Dinner: a plate of semolina porridge cooked with milk. This time, you can mix the porridge with a tablespoon of condensed milk (not boiled).


The second variant involves drinking up to 2 liters of fluid a day (an exception – juice, soda, coffee). The remaining recommendations are the same.

Breakfast: a plate of semolina porridge cooked with milk, 2 teaspoons of any jam (you can replace the jam by honey).

Lunch: a plate of semolina porridge cooked with milk, 2 teaspoons of any jam.

Dinner: a plate of semolina porridge cooked with milk, 2 teaspoons of any jam.

Both options are very simple. If desired, the diet can be repeated, but not more often than once a month. Good luck, be slim!
