salad dietSalad diet is one of the most beneficial diets – it not only helps to get rid of a few extra kilos, but also positively affects skin, hair and nails. It is recommended to use such a diet in a period of avitaminosis, in autumn and spring.

The diet is designed for two weeks, and promises weight loss of 5 kg. Your ration will consist of salads with fresh fruits and vegetables.

The main rule is not to mix fruits and vegetables in one dish. Moreover, you shouldn’t add salt, sugar and honey. As a seasoning for vegetable salads you can use lemon juice or olive oil. For fruit salads it is recommended to take kefir or low-fat yogurt. It is also important to add more greens.

You can use a variety of vegetables except potatoes. As for fruits, you need to exclude grapes, bananas and sweet apples. You may diversify your menu and eat foods boiled, steamed, baked, raw, but not fried. During the day, it is recommended to drink green tea and water with lemon.

The approximate menu:

Breakfast: fruit salad with yogurt (as a seasoning, choose yogurt with low-fat content)

Lunch: vegetable salad seasoned with olive oil and 150 grams of boiled chicken breast or turkey (you can eat this as separate dishes, or tear poultry with his hands and put into salad).

Dinner: vegetable salad seasoned with lemon juice.

An hour before sleep: a cup of low-fat kefir.
