Refreshing diet

diet-foodRefreshing diet is very fast low calorie diet calculated for one day with the diminution of the weight for one kilogram. This diet will also help you to improve the body’s metabolism and to charge it with energy.

Diet is well tolerated, easy to use and has short duration. It is very convenient; you can use it 2 times a week. As you can see from the name, refreshing certainly means fruits and vegetables. It is well suited for fasting days, especially after stormy feasts and to cleanse the body – you will feel a surge of strength and lightness.

It is worth mentioning that you should use the diet with caution if you suffer from chronic colitis, or consult a doctor.

Menu of the refreshing diet is as follows:

Breakfast: a glass of sour milk (clabber) or a glass of lukewarm water, sweetened with a teaspoon of honey.

Snack: a glass of fruit juice or a little fruit or vegetables in their raw form.

Lunch: salad of raw vegetables (lettuce, green onions and garlic, radish, cucumbers, parsley, fennel, spinach, cabbage, etc.) and a glass of fruit juice.

Dinner: muesli. Cook it as follows: presoak a tablespoon of oatmeal for 12 hours in three tablespoons of cold water. Before serving, add to it a tablespoon of honey, juice of half or a whole lemon, stir thoroughly, grate about 200 grams of untreated apples or other fruit and place them on oatmeal. Sprinkle the muesli with a tablespoon of crushed walnuts, almonds or peanuts.
