Quick diet (4 days)
This is one of those diets that will help to bring yourself back to normal quickly. With it, you can lose weight by 4-6 kg in 4 days. Ration of this diet is healthy and it is easy to observe.
So, the approximate menu:
The first day
Breakfast: oatmeal, boiled without the addition of oil, you can use water or milk. A cup of tea with one teaspoon of sugar.
Lunch: 2 pieces of any fresh vegetables, a little salty chicken broth, boiled from chicken breast of medium in size.
Dinner: half of boiled chicken breast and three bundles of fresh parsley.
The second day
Breakfast: an apple and a glass of apple juice.
Lunch: half of boiled chicken breast.
Dinner: 90 grams of nonfat cottage cheese.
The third day
Breakfast: one any fruit and a cup of yogurt.
Lunch: 100 grams of boiled red meat.
Dinner: a plate of buckwheat porridge, boiled without oil.
The fourth day
Breakfast: a cup of yogurt.
Lunch: one tomato and pink salmon in boiled or baked form.
Dinner: three boiled potatoes.
Throughout the period of the diet it is recommended to drink mineral and pure drinking water. Also, you should give up alcohol and pastries. Occasionally, you can treat yourself by a cup of tea or coffee without sugar.
