Prunes for slimming

prunesWe all know that prune is a tasty and healthy product. It has a therapeutic and healing effect on the body. Prune contains minerals, vitamins, and many vital substances to the body – vitamins B1, B2, PP, C, provitamin A, and minerals – sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, calcium. Prune retains practically all useful substances that are in a fresh plum.

Many nutritionists have long used it as an excellent tool for weight loss. An important advantage of using prunes is that you don’t need to torture yourself by various long-term diets, give up of eating and the other similar techniques. The secret is in tasty and healthy beverage and in different mixtures with prunes.

Here are several recipes. To prepare the first one you will need to take about three hundred grams of prunes, about fifty grams of buckthorn, a hundred grams of rose hips, and ten glasses of bottled water. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and fill with water. After that, the container should be placed on the heat and simmer for thirty minutes. Then, you should carefully strain the resulting mass through cheesecloth. Pour the liquid into a bottle and put in a cool place. It is recommended to drink the beverage a hundred milliliters before going to bed every day.

For the following recipe, you should take one hundred grams of dried apricots with raisins, the same amount of prunes, two hundred grams of rose hips, one hundred grams of figs, and fifty grams of herb called senna. All of these products should be crushed in a meat grinder or blender and mixed with honey. Take one or two tablespoonfuls of the resulting mixture every morning and evening. Keep it in a cool place, but strongly low temperatures are undesirable.

Another recipe involves about four hundred grams of dried apricots, mixed with the same amount of prunes and fifty grams of honey. Grind all the ingredients, mix and consume for two weeks, one or two teaspoons in the mornings and evenings. It is recommended to drink water after consuming the mixture.
