Proper nutrition
Proper nutrition, diets and sports are the main trends for today. It’s wonderful that we finally take care of our health, and it doesn’t matter what exactly motivate us – tribute to fashion or common sense. On every corner you can hear – eat properly and be slim and beautiful.

The principle of the proper nutrition comes from a simple formula – the energy value should correspond to power expenses of the organism. We can avoid diets and starvation if we keep this in mind every day, and do not resort to drastic measures getting overweight, or worse – obesity.

So, I propose to your attention an example of healthy nutrition for every day. It can be called a light diet.

Breakfast

half cup of oat flakes.

125 ml of skimmed milk.

1 small / medium banana or 100 g of fresh fruit salad.

herbal tea or coffee (no sugar, skim milk – 50 ml).

Snack

100 g nonfat cottage cheese.

a slice of rye bread.

1 small banana.

1 medium orange.

a glass of water or a dietetic drink.

Lunch

a slice of wholemeal bread.

250 ml of vegetable soup or vegetarian borsch without addition of sour cream.

vegetable salad according to the following recipe:

1 medium tomato, cucumber, lettuce, 5 olives, 2 teaspoons of nonfat mayonnaise.

1 apple.

1 glass of mineral water or juice.

tea, coffee – rarely (without sugar, skim milk 50 ml).

Afternoon snack

175 ml of nonfat yogurt.

1 glass of water or a dietetic drink.

Dinner

1 baked skinless chicken breast.

1/3 cup of cooked brown rice.

salad of beets or cabbage salad with sweet corn, seasoned with 2 teaspoons of olive or sunflower oil.

1 cup of herbal tea.
