There is a mono-diet based on this product, which involves the use of the only fruit of persimmon during 4-5 days. It is recommended to eat 5 – 6 times a day, but persimmons should prevail in your menu. About 1.5 – 2 kilograms of fruit per day will be the main ingredient of your diet. And don’t forget to drink water at least 2 liters a day. Mineral water or tea without sugar – standard condition of such diets. But we have already learned that it is not recommended to eat persimmons on an empty stomach. The diet is rather popular nowadays; maybe it depends on the personal health opportunities.
There is a more simple and sparing way. Your daily menu will look like this. Breakfast – two fruits of persimmon and a cup of tea without sugar (all the same, not only persimmon). Lunch – a light vegetable salad seasoned with lemon juice and a boiled chicken egg. You can add a small amount of low-fat cottage cheese. Dinner – vegetable ragout, steamed, with a slice of black bread. Before going to bed it is allowed to eat one more fruit of persimmon.
