onion dietThis is an effective and simple diet that will help to get rid of 4 to 5 kg of excess weight in seven days. The basis of the ration of this diet is onion soup. It is a nourishing and affordable, so it is an excellent choice if you decide to slim. However, it is not sufficiently balanced, so 7 days is its maximum term.

Soup recipe is in the following. You will need a medium-sized cabbage, 6 medium onions, 2 green peppers, a bunch of celery, tomatoes or tomato juice. Pour the vegetables with cold water and simmer for 10 minutes until they become soft. Add a little salt and your favorite spices.

The rules are fairly standard. Such products as alcohol, sugar, bread and sweet soda drinks are strictly forbidden. It is recommended to drink more water, about 1.5-2 liters per day, tea, coffee without sugar. The main condition of the diet – soup should be eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The assortment of related foods varies every day.

Approximate menu:

Monday: soup and fruits – any fruits except bananas and grapes

Tuesday: soup and vegetables – any fresh, stewed or boiled vegetables. It is recommended to use not canned products. It is allowed to take a little baked or boiled potatoes with a little oil.

Wednesday: soup, fruits and vegetables – all except potatoes.

Thursday: soup, fruits and vegetables – you can take 2 bananas and a glass of low-fat milk.

Friday: soup, beef and tomatoes – 400-500 grams of boiled beef or chicken (without skin) or fish and tomatoes in any quantity. No fruit.

Saturday: soup, beef and green leafy vegetables – all the same, but instead of tomatoes, use salad, cabbage, cucumbers, green peppers. No fruit.

Sunday: soup, brown unpolished rice, vegetables, fruit juice – you can use any vegetables that can be combined with rice. Fruit juice without sugar.

Judging by the reviews, the effect of diet occurs already after 2-3 days. If you managed to lose weight more than for 5 kg, you can repeat the diet not earlier than in 7 days.
