Dinner: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar. 1 boiled chicken leg.

Snack: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar.

Dinner: 1 dish of boiled beans.

Thursday

Breakfast: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar. 1 serving of oatmeal.

Lunch: 3 chicken eggs.

Snack: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar.

Dinner: 2 pears.

Friday

Breakfast: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar. 1 sandwich of white bread with butter and cheese.

Dinner: a glass of milk. 1 boiled chicken leg.

Snack: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar.

Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes. 1 cup of strong tea without sugar.


Sandwich of white bread, butter and cheese provides your body with a minimum reserve of proteins, carbohydrates and essential fatty acids. As for the jam, you can choose any, but it is better to give preference to the berry (strawberry, blueberry or currant). Important point – during the diet you can’t use salt.
