They say that only a certain sort of nuts is intended for each person. In the variety of sorts every kind of nuts has its qualities for the human health, but it is proved that each of them contains a unique set of vitamins and minerals. The main unique property of nuts is to preserve the vitamins and nutrients for the long term. Nuts contain a lot of fats, so you should use them with caution; especially if you suffer from disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, when fatty food is digested worse because of the chronic colitis or enzyme deficiency.

It is used to combat anemia, varicosis, thrombophlebitis, heart diseases, urolithiasis and problems with capillaries. Kernels of hazelnut contain about 60% oil. It consists of glycerides of oleic, palmitic and stearic acids, which help to prevent the increase of blood cholesterol levels. Due to the low carb contain, you can eat hazelnuts even during a very strict diet without risk to gain weight. Hazelnuts contain substances which help to cleanse the body, to eliminate toxins, especially from the liver, and prevent putrefactive processes.

Pistachios have tonic properties and are considered to be an excellent antioxidant. The use of even a small amount of pistachios everyday will save the organism from cancer. Pistachios are unique in that they contain lutein, carotenoids and zeaxanthin. These elements help to preserve juvenility of the organism preventing cellular damage by free radicals. They are also rich in vitamin B6 and contain a lot of fiber required for digestion. Cashew contains large amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, and such substances as iron, phosphorus, zinc, copper, vitamin E and B4. Cashew is famous for its properties to prevent anemia, cardiovascular diseases. These nuts help to regain strength after hard physical activity. Kernels of cashew contain substances which are pernicious for bacteria that destroy the tooth enamel. They also have beneficial qualities to strengthen the immune system and to prevent various infectious diseases. Cashews are perfectly digested, saturate and therefore help to reduce the number of consumed calories.

Almonds are rich in calcium, magnesium and vitamin B6, which help to strengthen bones. 100 g of almonds – a daily dose of calcium, and there are also protein and potassium needed for heart and nervous system. Almond cleanses the blood, kidneys, opens congestions in the liver and spleen, crushes stones, expels bile. These nuts also contain iron, phosphorus, vitamin B2 and B3, which promote metabolism, and are required for the teeth, hair and skin. But almond is a pretty hard to digest product, so it is recommended to eat nuts with sugar – it will have a beneficial effect to cure asthma and ulcers in the intestines. But don’t forget that large amounts of nuts in the ration adversely affect the body. We should adhere to the balance in the ratio of various substances and vitamins which are really necessary for us.
