Seaweed (Laminaria) is an extremely useful natural product, valuable for its rich set of microelements. The first version of the diet is a daily norm of seaweed equal to 250-300 grams, divided into 4-5 servings. You can add 200-300 grams of seafood. Drink water in unlimited quantities. Besides the water it is allowed to drink only a little lemon juice and green tea.
The second version of the diet will be easier. It also lies in daily consumption of 200-250 grams of laminaria, but among the acceptable foods there are fruits and vegetables, eggs, low-fat boiled meat (chicken, turkey, beef or rabbit – no more than 120 grams per day). You can create the menu on your own.
The approximate menu:
Breakfast: salad of laminaria with tomatoes, cucumber and dressing of one teaspoon of vegetable oil, green tea.
Lunch: 2 eggs or 150 grams of boiled meat, boiled seaweed and fresh tomato.
Snack: 100 grams of salad from laminaria and boiled carrots.
Dinner: 100 grams of salad from seaweed, tomato, apple, cucumber and a small amount of boiled meat (or 1 egg), green tea with honey.
Dinner should be no later than 2 hours before bedtime.
Before using the diet it is recommended to consult a doctor. The diet is contraindicated for people with sensitivity to a large number of iodine, allergic diseases or disorders in the work of kidneys, gastrointestinal tract, and nephrosis, nephritis, or tuberculosis.
