Ladder diet

Diet “ladder” is a carefully selected and balanced 5-day ration. This system of nutrition will improve work of the gastrointestinal tract, give the skin of your face a healthy color, make it taut and elastic, and improve the overall health.

The diet is designed for five days, and during that time you’re guaranteed to lose 5-10 kg of excess weight. Each of the five days represents a new rung of the ladder. Each new stage performs its function: cleansing, regenerative, power, building and burning. It is important that you can’t jump over steps and eat foods from menu of the other days. Thus, adherence to the rules of diet and ration is the key to your success.


The first day: the body is cleaned as much as possible, thanks to the absorbent action of activated carbon. You can lose up to 2 kilograms of excess water and toxins.

Menu:Activated carbon

Activated carbon – 1-2 tablets every 1.5 – 2 hours;

Apples – 1 kg;

non-carbonated water – 1 liter.

low-fat cottage cheese with mint or vanilla – 600 grams;
