Israeli dietIsraeli diet can have an unlimited period of time during which you can lose up to 3 kg of excess weight every month. It is characterized by gentle regime and balanced ration that allows you to lose weight easily and with pleasure. Diet is absolutely safe for health, because weight loss is not due to the reduction in caloric intake, but through the optimal combination of products. Following the recommendations, you can normalize the digestive system, adjust the metabolism, clean the intestines of toxins, and clean the blood vessels from cholesterol and toxic substances.

So, an important rule of diet – meat products, eggs, cottage cheese and cheese should not be consumed with milk, cream and sour cream, as well as acidic fruit, sunflower oil and potatoes. It is recommended to combine meat with herbs and vegetables, eggs with cereals, cheese with dried apricots or raisins. Lettuce leaves and fresh vegetables are highly compatible with seafood and sea fish.

There are certain restrictions. Thus, any overly fatty foods are forbidden. In addition, you must replace white bread by whole grain loaves. You should also exclude foods containing preservatives and other chemical additives.

Berries and fruits are better to use between meals, as a light snack. The diet involves drinking of 6-8 glasses of pure water. If you drink plenty of fluids during the day (soups, milk drinks, juices, fruit drinks), the amount of plain water should be reduced to 1 liter.


Israeli daily ration:

You need to consume a teaspoon of olive oil on an empty stomach. 15 minutes later, you should drink 1 glass of kefir or yogurt.

Breakfast: salad, sugar free green tea and one of the following dishes: oatmeal or buckwheat, cottage cheese, one boiled egg.

Snack: 300 grams of fruit.

Lunch: vegetable salad, vegetable soup, dietary meat or low-fat fish, baked apple.

Snack: 300 grams of fruit.

Dinner: 1 glass of kefir or yogurt, fruit mixture of chopped dried fruit.

Before going to bed it is allowed to drink a little nonfat kefir.
