Indian diet

Indian dietIndian diet involves the complete exclusion of meat from the ration. Indians are mainly vegetarians, but only partially. Beef is a meat of the sacred animal in their religion. However, dairy products, vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, eggs and many other foods are allowed.

Before any diet, consider the individual characteristics of the organism. This diet is designed for 9-12 days. For every 3 days, you can lose about 2-3 kg.

The approximate menu for three days:

The first day

Breakfast: 200 grams of oat flakes, seasoned with non-fat yogurt; 200 ml of sugarless tea.

Lunch: 200 grams of cottage cheese and 200 grams of fruit salad.

Dinner: 150 grams of salad with mushrooms, 250 grams of vegetable casserole, 25 grams of rye bread, 200 ml of tea without sugar.

The second day

Breakfast: 100 grams of muesli with cereals, seasoned with nonfat kefir, 200 ml of orange juice.

Lunch: 200 grams of fruit salad, dressed with yogurt, 30 grams of crispbread, 200 ml of green tea.

Dinner: 250 grams of boiled rice with soy sauce, 200 ml of pineapple juice.

The third day

Breakfast: 200 grams of non-fat yogurt, 200 ml of orange juice.

Lunch: 200 grams of cocktail from dried fruit and nuts, 200 ml of green tea.

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled rice with raisins and honey, muesli with fruit, half a medium-sized mango, 200 ml of pineapple juice.

Further, you can alternate the meals at your convenience. Good luck!
