How to withdraw slags from the body
There are different ways to output toxins from the body, and there are very radical among them. I want to offer some sparing ways, which you can easily and safely conduct at home. These methods are related to nutrition and they are not less effective.
Teas and cocktails
Kefiric cleansing cocktail with bran
For the preparation you will need:
– a glass of nonfat kefir;
– 5 tablespoons of wheat bran.
Mix up and drink (or eat with a spoon like liquid yogurt) every evening for two weeks.
It is well-known and effective way of cleaning. Green tea is a component of healthy life, often mentioned in different diets and systems of proper nutrition. It contains the necessary antioxidants. Drink it every day with no added sugar. You can drop a little skim milk into a cup or put a teaspoon of honey.
The infusion of nettle
You will need 2 tablespoons of leaves and roots of the dioica nettle and 2 cups of boiling water. You can buy nettle at the pharmacy; few of us know how to collect it.
Pour the dried nettles by boiling water and leave to infuse for two hours. Drink three times a day, half an hour before meals for a week.
The easiest and the most affordable option of a cleansing “drink” is pure non-carbonated mineral water. You should drink at least a glass of water before each meal.
Grated raw carrots
Everybody knows about the benefits of carrots – a storehouse of vitamins. It will also help to get rid of toxins if you add it to salads, use as a garnish or eat separately – it is an excellent option for a snack.
Dishes from pumpkin
Pumpkin is often compared to the sun. It is an indispensable product for the body! Prepare a variety of dishes based on pumpkin. Cook the cream soup of pumpkin with ginger and you will get the most effective means for the output of slag. Boil it without additives using lightly salted water, then chop in the blender and eat.
Choose one of your meals and replace it with boiled wild rice or a mixture of any other kinds with wild rice. It is not recommended to use purified steamed rice frequently or eat only it. It doesn’t contain the necessary vitamins.
Another good way for a snack – a bundle of greenery, such as parsley. You can add a little dill to it, and after half an hour eat an apple.
