How to clean the intestinesIn order to organize the work of the intestine, normalize metabolic processes, and improve the work of all bodies in general, it is recommended to use a special course of diet. The full course consists of 10 days. This system of nutrition ensures that your intestines will be upgraded, and besides, you will lose extra five – six kilograms.

There are some basic rules for all days of the diet. It is necessary to consume vitamin C and drink mineral water without gas. Also, you should exclude bread, carbonated drinks, salt and sugar.

So, the approximate menu.

The first two days your menu will include only green apples. In the evening, drink a cup of tea with a spoonful of honey.

Third day:

Breakfast: boiled in water oatmeal, sugar and salt, a glass of mineral water.

Lunch: 200 grams of boiled beef and one small tomato.

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled rice and a cup of tea with a slice of lemon. You can add a little soy sauce into the rice.

Fourth day:

Dinner: orange and apple.

Fifth day:

Lunch: baked potatoes, two hard boiled eggs, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers, dressed with any vegetable oil (olive oil is recommended).

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled rice (as well as the last time you can pour it with soy sauce), a cup of warm black tea and a slice of lemon.

Sixth day:

Breakfast: warm oatmeal.

Lunch: warm oatmeal.

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled rice.

Seventh day:

Breakfast: one cup of coffee.

Lunch: 150 grams of fresh cottage cheese, one green apple and vegetable broth.

Dinner: a glass of kefir.

Eighth day:

Breakfast: warm oatmeal, a glass of mineral water, three green apples, one orange, and vegetable broth.

Lunch: kefir.

Dinner: warm black tea, two small oranges and boiled fish.

Ninth day:

Breakfast: kefir.

Lunch: warm tea and boiled fish.

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled beef, three green apples and boiled rice.

Tenth day:

Breakfast: kefir.

Lunch: warm black tea and two tablespoons of liquid honey.

Dinner boiled rice, one small orange and lemon slice.

Heavy physical activities are prohibited during the diet. You will appreciate the results!
