Also, do not forget to drink plenty of water. But still, there is one important point in this simple plan, one might even say, a trick – a special cocktail.

Such drinks are aimed to fully cleanse the body of toxins. This is necessary to ensure that weight loss doesn’t bring any harm to the body and any unpleasant feelings! Your intestines should work well – this is very important! This cocktail, rich in fiber, will help to improve the intestinal peristalsis and to accelerate weight loss. If you drink it every morning for breakfast, after a few days you notice the positive changes of your health state! Not to mention its valuable help in slimming!

For its preparation you will need inexpensive products, and this is another advantage of this recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1 glass of low-fat kefir

2 tablespoons of bran (you may replace by oatmeal, milled in a blender)

1 tablespoon of flax flour (you can grind flax seeds in the blender)

1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

6-7 pieces of dried prunes

a pinch of cinnamon

50 ml of hot water

You should pour the prunes by boiling water and leave to swell for a few minutes. Mix chilled kefir with bran or oat flakes, flax flour, cinnamon and cocoa powder. Chop the prunes with the help of the blender into a homogeneous mass. If you want to make a sweeter cocktail, except dried prunes, you can add 1 date. Mix dried fruit with kefir and stir. The cocktail is ready!

As you can see, the recipe doesn’t require much effort and cost, but it is very useful for the organism. When you regularly eat dried prunes, the bowel operation is normalized due to the high content of fiber, phosphorus, zinc and magnesium contained in each dried fruit.

The prunes help to reduce appetite and cravings for sweets. Due to the content of ash and sorbitol, these dried fruits are able to remove toxins! If you follow these recommendations and include prunes into your daily ration, weight loss will happen naturally.

      Hello, Shirley! Do you want to add honey for sweetness? I can say that prunes here perform the function of a sweetener (in addition to the curative properties). There are many other recipes for weight loss based on honey try something out of the list (tag honey). I can’t say for sure what result may be with the addition of honey exactly in this recipe.
