  1. Invigorating and regulating the metabolism tea

To prepare this drink you will need in equal quantities: the leaves of black currant, wild strawberry leaves, origanum and knot-grass. Pour it all with 1-2 glasses of boiling water and infuse for 4 hours. Then, you can use this infusion separately for 2 tablespoons daily or add to your regular tea. This tea will improve the palatability of the usual drink, but the most important – will fill it with beneficial substances for the organism.

  1. Tea for wellness

Take for the next recipe 3 tablespoons of dried fruit of quince (pre-chopped), 1 tablespoon of dried crushed apples, the same amount of dried carrots and raspberries. You need to mix all the ingredients and brew as a regular tea. Thus, you need 1 tablespoon of this mixture and 2 glasses of boiling water for one time.

  1. Vitaminic tea from nettle, rosehip and raisins

At this time, you will need 3 tablespoons of dried rose hips, 1 tablespoon of raisins and 3 tablespoons of nettle leaves. Mix the ingredients and use for brewing tea at the rate of 1 tablespoon of the mixture for 2 cups of boiling water. The beverage should be boiled for 10 minutes on low heat. Then, you should infuse this tea in the dark place for 4 hours, filter through gauze and drink several times a day for 0.5 cups.
