German diet

German diet is a long system of nutrition. It lasts for seven weeks. It was designed not to change the way of life abruptly and not to cause stress to the organism. Thus, it is very gradual and loyal diet. You will be gradually incorporated into its special regime, week after week. Every week it adds one fasting day, all the other days – usual nutrition.


The first week

During one day of this week you should give up of any food and drink only water.

The second week

One day of this week you should consume only water.

Make one more fasting day on this week, and eat only oranges during the whole day.

The third week

According to the system one day – only water.

Another day – oranges.

And one more day, the third – apple, so your menu for the day includes only these fruits.

The fourth week

The first day – only water.

The second day – oranges.

The third day – apples.

The fourth day – pineapple juice throughout the day.

The fifth week

The first day – water.

The second day – oranges.

The third day – apples.

The fourth day – any fruit juice throughout the day.

The fifth day – kefir, and only kefir.

The sixth week

The first day – only water.

Second day – only oranges.

The third day – apples instead of any other food.

The fourth day – any fruit juice.

The fifth day – kefir.

The sixth – pineapples.

The seventh week

The first day – water throughout the day.

The second day – oranges for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The third day – only apples.

The fourth day – any fruit juice throughout the day.

The fifth day – kefir.

The sixth day – pineapple pulp throughout the day.

The seventh day – water again, as on the first day
