French diet

French dietFashion of curvaceous ladies is in the past. The modern woman is constantly in an effort to lose weight up to the popular standards of beauty. Fashion magazines and Internet sites are filled with a variety of all kinds of diets. But it’s so hard to choose the option that suits you, doesn’t harm your health, can be combined with your working regime, and many other conditions.

I want to offer you an option of French diet, which is very fashionable now. This is the case when you can lose a few kilos and do not harm health. The diet is designed for seven days. This period is sufficient to notice positive changes in your figure – the weight decreases, and the waist becomes thinner! But after that, it is important to return to your usual ration very gradually, so that the lost kilograms never returned.

You will need a lot of ingredients, as the menu is quite varied. Throughout all 7 days your breakfast will be of the same type: 2 kiwi fruit, 1 pear and lemon puree. There is also a second version of breakfast: half a mango, half a banana and a slice of black bread. Lunches and dinners will be different.

So, your daily menu:

Monday

Lunch: half a grapefruit, a handful of boiled rice. Vegetables: cauliflower, seasoned with olive oil, pepper and salt to taste.

Dinner: cream soup. Preparation: 2 tomatoes, a third of red pepper, a quarter of  avocado and a clove of garlic. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer. Next, add your favorite seasoning mixture into a glass of boiling water and gradually pour into the resulting mass. Eat soup with a slice of rye bread.

Tuesday

Lunch: boiled radish and salad of lentils. For the preparation cook half a cup of lentils, add avocado, season with olive oil, pepper and salt to taste.

Dinner: Salad of one apple and one chicory. You can season it with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Instead of oil you can also use yogurt.

Wednesday

Lunch: Prepare a salad of grated carrots and olive oil (pepper and salt to taste.) Pasta with tomato sauce – for garnish.

Dinner: soup. Take 5 pieces of dried mushrooms, half of avocado, and one clove of garlic. Dilute the mixture of your favorite condiments in a glass of water and gradually add all the ingredients into the mixture. Eat soup with a slice of black bread. Compote of dried fruits.

Thursday

Lunch: boiled redish and carrots. Prepare a salad – one grapefruit, one avocado and boiled shrimps. Banana as a dessert.

Dinner: Prepare a salad of two chicories and one kiwi. Finely chop the ingredients and add mint.

Friday

Lunch: risotto. For the preparation you need rice, mushrooms, green peas, onions and your favorite spices.

Dinner: chicken baked in foil with potatoes.

Saturday

Lunch: sushi and green salad.

Dinner: buckwheat and a handful of almonds.

Sunday

Lunch: fresh vegetables without heat treatment; baked fish with zucchini, poured by juice of one lemon. For dessert – low-fat yogurt.

Dinner: a salad of mushrooms, lentils and one boiled carrot, seasoned with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
