We have already touched upon themes of honey; I propose to consider the options of honey diets. Egg – honey diet is very popular. It is designed for three days, and it’s convenient to start from Friday. An important component of this diet program is a half of lemon, which can be eaten either separately or as addition to the dishes.

Honey is famous not only for its sweet taste, but above all, its unique chemical composition. This product contains 22 organic acids necessary to build body proteins, as well as many vitamins and minerals. If you combine honey with other products properly, it is possible to adjust the figure flaws.

Egg – honey diet is pretty strict and even extreme. It should be used only in cases when it is necessary to lose weight in the short term – the result can be a loss of 1 kg of excess weight per day.

Day One:

Breakfast – 2 beaten egg yolks with 1 tsp of honey and a cup of tea with lemon;

Lunch – tea with 1 tsp of honey, 90 g of cheese;

Dinner – vegetable broth, a slice of rye bread, orange (apple or pear) and a cup of tea with lemon before bedtime.

Day Two:

Breakfast – 2 beaten egg yolks with 1 tsp of honey, a cup of tea with lemon;

Lunch – 2 beaten egg yolks with 1 tsp of honey, 100 grams of cottage cheese, a cup of tea with lemon;

Dinner – 150 grams of boiled fish, fresh vegetable salad, a cup of tea with lemon.

Day Three:

Breakfast – 2 beaten egg yolks with 1 tsp of honey, apple, a cup of tea with lemon;

Lunch – 50 g of cheese, a slice of rye bread, a cup of tea with lemon;

Dinner – boiled vegetables, an egg, a cup of tea with 1 tsp of honey.
