Roughly speaking, drying of the body is carbohydrate starvation, to be more precise, gradual elimination of carbohydrates. Be engaged in aerobic sports during this nutritional program.
Eat fractionally, in small quantities, at a certain time of the day up to 4-5 times.
Drink more water/ green or ginger tea without sugar (2.5 liters per day).
Do not eat for 2 hours before training and 2 hours after.
Do not skip breakfast.
Make dinner very light.
All food should be cooked in boiled, stewed or steamed form.
Don’t allow an abrupt and strong reduction of glucose in order to avoid complications.
Duration of the program is 6 weeks, and by the end of the diet the carbohydrate intake must be minimized.
You will have to abandon fruits and animal fats, and the all protein foods should be consumed only fat-free. In addition, the prohibited products include fast food, bread, pastries, smoked meats, preserves, savory food, soda and alcohol.
The basis of your ration is protein food: egg white, boiled squids, chicken breast, cottage cheese, white fish. Morning is the time for oatmeal, buckwheat, rye pasta, cucumbers, cabbage, greens, tomatoes, beans, bell pepper. The total amount of allowed carbohydrates is no more than 2 gram per kilogram of the body weight per day for the first 2 weeks of the diet. Later, it is reduced to 1 gram per kilogram of the body weight per day.
It is important to season the food with small amounts of vegetable cold-pressed oils. For the first time, you can eat a little whole-wheat bread, while the body is not accustomed to abandon it.
If it is very hard for you without carbohydrates, it is allowed to have a snack of 1 apple or half a grapefruit a day for the first week of drying.
The approximate menu
Breakfast: oatmeal, 2 egg whites, a cup of tea.
Lunch: boiled chicken breast, salad of cucumbers.
Afternoon snack: a small portion of buckwheat.
Dinner: fish with stewed cabbage.
Breakfast: eggs with tomatoes, tea.
Lunch: beans stewed with chicken breast, greens.
Afternoon snack: cottage cheese with kefir.
Dinner: buckwheat with boiled chicken breast.
Breakfast: omelet of 2 egg whites, cucumber, tea.
Lunch: soup with mushrooms, boiled chicken, greens.
Afternoon snack: salad of cucumbers, bell peppers.
Dinner: steamed fish, cabbage salad.
Important: if you have diseases of liver and kidneys, disorders of heart and gastrointestinal tract, or you have deficiency of muscle mass, such a diet is forbidden for you.
