Dinner: half a grapefruit, 100 grams of boiled chicken or turkey breast, vegetable salad.

Before going to bed: a half cup of fermented baked milk.

The second day

Breakfast: half a cup of fermented baked milk, 200 grams of muesli or oat flakes, cooked on water.

Lunch: slice of pineapple.

Dinner: 1 tangerine or half an orange, 200 grams of boiled chicken breast, lettuce.

Before going to bed: a half cup of fermented baked milk.

The third day

Breakfast: 1 cup of fermented baked milk, a slice of melon or watermelon weighing approximately 150 grams.

Lunch: 150 grams of any berries, 1 banana, a glass of apple juice.

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled fish, 100 grams of fresh cabbage.

Before going to bed: 1 cup of a cocktail cooked from fermented baked milk and berries.
